The Delaware Department of Transportation said the truck overturned just after 5 a.m. Sunday, closing all four northbound lanes and two southbound lanes until the vehicle was cleared.
The department says the truck was towed about three hours after the accident and all lanes were then reopened. Two tow trucks were called out to remove the truck, which came to rest part of the way in the median on U.S. 13 north of Del. 273 near Hares Corner.
Police did not immediately release details of the accident.
