Police: Man breaks into NE Phila. home

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA - September 8, 2010

The man is wanted in connection with a burglary that occurred on Monday, August 30, 2010, at approximately 2:00 p.m.

Police say the suspect forcefully entered a residence on the 2800 block of Levick Street through a rear window.

He gained entry and fled the residence through the front door with various pieces of jewelry valued at approximately $1,000 and a jug that contained an undetermined amounted of loose coins.

The suspect was last seen getting into a red SUV, which fled westbound on Conwell Avenue.

The suspect is described as a black male, 25-30 years old, 5'10 to 6 '0, 170 pounds, short- cropped hair, medium brown complexion, and was wearing a white V-neck t-shirt, black pants and beige boots.
