Packers defeat Eagles 27-20 in season opener

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - September 12, 2010

Kolb was hurt in the second quarter. The Eagles originally said he had a jaw injury.

He did not start the second half. Michael Vick took his place.

Kolb is in his first season as the starter, taking over for Donovan McNabb. Kolb was 5 for 10 for 24 yards and was sacked twice.

Eagles linebacker Stewart Bradley also left with a concussion.

Eagles center Jamaal Jackson left Sunday's game against the Green Bay Packers with an injured right elbow and will not return.

Jackson was injured in the second quarter and was the second Eagles player knocked out of the game. Fullback Leonard Weaver sprained his left knee and also won't return.

Jackson tore a left knee ligament at the end of last season.
