Two men shot in Phila. convenience store

WEST OAK LANE - September 21, 2010

It all started around 11:20 Monday night at the store located at Ogontz and Cheltenham avenues.

Police say the suspect walked into the store, spotted the 20 and 29 year old men at the counter and shot each of them a number of times.

A stray bullet shattered glass inside the store.

The gunman then ran off and remains on the loose.

The 20-year-old male was shot in the stomach, neck and back. The 29-year-old was shot in the shoulder, arm and stomach. Both are in critical condition.

Police have not yet indicated a motive.

Detectives are trying to find out if the two victims think they know the person who shot them.
