Police say a fight began when four men confronted two women early Saturday and made sexual advances. The women were offended and police say 19-year-old Martin Fowler of Milford punched one of them in the face.
The woman was taken to Kent General Hospital in Dover, where it was discovered she had bleeding in her brain. She was airlifted to Christiana Hospital.
All four men ran away, but an uninvolved man chased Fowler. Police say Fowler broke the man's nose and escaped.
Fowler was arrested at his home later and charged with assault and disorderly conduct.
