Del. man charged in alleged teen rape

SELBYVILLE, Del. (AP) - October 2, 2010

Police said Saturday 46-year-old Andrew Hill has been charged with one count of fourth-degree rape and one count of providing alcohol to a minor.

Officials say a man and woman had gone to Hill's home to visit him on Sept. 23 when they looked through a window and saw Hill assaulting the boy. They say the pair knew the teen from the neighborhood.

The man and woman then escorted the boy outside, and they argued and fought with Hill, who suffered injuries to his head. Police say Hill went to a hospital the next day and reported that he had been assaulted.

Troopers then interviewed the man who had initially come to Hill's home and learned about the sexual assault.
