Authorities tell Action News the man, 60-year-old Nathanial Dotson of Philadelphia, was spotted on security camera video in an argument with a woman along the 1300 block of West Tioga Street near Temple University Hospital around 8:15 p.m. Monday.
The video shows Dotson walking away, with the woman following. It does not show any altercation. However, the man was found on the ground and later died inside Temple University Hospital. The woman fled the scene.
Police say they have 'no idea' what happened.
Late Monday night, police had reported that security camera footage appeared to show the woman robbing the man.
However, preliminary reports from the autopsy show there was no blunt force trauma and that the man died of natural causes.
