It happened around 6:30 p.m. in the 800 block of Somerset.
When officers arrived they found a man in his 20's suffering from a gunshot wound to the back of the head.
His condition was not immediately available.
Another man in his 20's and a woman in her 40's were both taken to the hospital in stable condition.
There is no word yet on a motive in this shooting.
