Employee held at knifepoint in Montco robbery

Police are looking for the man who was seen on surveillance camera holding an employee at knifepoint during an early morning robbery in Montgomery County.

It happened around 3:00 a.m. Wednesday at Saint Gabriel's Lodge at 525 Jefferson Street in Stowe, Pa.

Investigators say the suspect entered the building off of Grosstown Road and forced an employee to retrieve an undetermined amount of cash.

The suspect threatened the employee's life during the holdup, police said.

The man then left the building on foot on Grosstown Road toward Monroe Street.

The suspect is described as being in his mid 40's and approximately 6' tall, 250 pounds with long brown hair in a pony tail. He also has a tattoo on his right forearm. The suspect was missing teeth, wearing a dark blue or black t-shirt and jeans.
