What makes this one different is the bikes, called "Real Ryders." They tilt and bend side to side just like a real bike.
Certified trainer Jennifer Fleischer said she liked them so much, she decided to buy 21 of them and start her own business. She says Real Ryders give exercisers a better workout than traditional spinning bikes.
Rider Jen Shriver said, "I feel like in that hour you're getting your cardio, you're getting your ab workout, you're getting your arm workout and it's just a truly great experience."
The bikes are made in California, but several gyms in our area are now using the Real Ryders.
