The truck, loaded with coiled metal wire, flipped over around 2:00 p.m. Friday near the Lansdale interchange.
The view from Chopper 6 HD showed the rig on its side across all lanes.
Police were reporting a 10 mile backup on the highway.
No injuries have been reported.
There is no word yet on how this crash happened.
The wreckage was cleared by 6:30 p.m.
