It happened around 4:15 a.m. Monday at 27th and Federal streets in the Grays Ferry section.
Police say they were pursuing a stolen car.
The driver lost control, crashed through a fence, and came to stop against the house.
There are no reports of any serious injuries.
The identity of the driver involved has not yet been released.
