It happened just before 6:00 a.m. Monday on southbound Route 130 at Chester Avenue in Delran.
Police say the victim has been identified as Helene Donahue, a 65-year-old female from Delran. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigators say Donahue was struck by a Jeep Cherokee driven by 31-year-old Jamie Wilson of Willingboro.
Wilson was on his way to work, police said, and hit Donahue as she crossed the highway.
Police say the accident is under investigation and no criminal charges have been filed.
