Melissa Chesney has pleaded guilty to 21 felonies, in what prosecutors say was a quest for a wrinkle-free face.
According to authorities in Southern California, Chesney used fake names and phony checks to get botox and other beauty treatments.
She's been sentenced to five years in the slammer.
She also has to pay back the businesses she scammed.
