Bensalem police said four men from Camden, N.J., were arrested at the hotel Thursday and charged with multiple drug counts.
Those arrested are Raymer Carrasco, 26, Jose Vargas, 20, Melvin Torres, 18 and Francisco Saldana, 21.
Investigators said they found a kilogram of heroin that had been packaged and wrapped in balloons, which are used by drug traffickers to avoid detection during transport.
Police said they also seized a stolen .40 caliber handgun and thousands of items used to package bulk heroin for resale.
Each suspect was being held on $750,000 at Bucks County Prison.
