2 sentenced for assaulting, robbing Rowan students

GLASSBORO, N.J. - November 7, 2010

Landis Husser and Ernest Watson Jr., both 25-year-old Woodstown residents, each received seven-year terms on Friday. They will have to serve 85 percent of their sentences before becoming eligible for parole.

The two men and Husser's 22-year-old brother, Lance, also of Woodstown, all pleaded guilty in September in connection with the Nov. 1, 2008 incidents.

Overall, four Rowan students were assaulted and robbed of their wallets and cell phones in parking lots near the university's Glassboro campus.

Authorities said Lance Husser will be sentenced at a later date.
