The crash happened around 6:25 a.m. Monday morning on I-476 southbound ramp to northbound I-95 in Woodlyn.
One person was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
The ramp was closed for several hours while crews worked to clear the scene. The accident caused a massive back up for morning commuters traveling southbound past the accident scene.
The scene has since been cleared and the ramp has reopened to traffic.
