Police say 31-year-old Joshua Weiss of Dover had been at a party with his wife late Saturday night into Sunday morning. He left the party suddenly and was talking on his cell phone with his wife sometime after midnight. His wife and friends lost touch with him and searched for him unsuccessfully.
Police say a passing driver spotted Weiss' body in a ditch around 9 a.m. Sunday. Police also found several articles of clothing belonging to Weiss on the shoulder of the road.
Police collected several vehicle parts but have yet to determine what vehicle they came from.
