John Desper of Woolwich admitted to corresponding with parents and offering them money to sexually assault their children last year.
Those parents were really undercover officers.
Desper had three prior convictions for child pornography and sexual abuse before this latest incident.
Desper will spend 25 years in prison. A federal judge decided against the maximum sentence of life in prison.
