Toxicology tests pending in Pa. stun gun death

LANCASTER, Pa. - November 9, 2010

State police say an autopsy was performed Monday on 61-year-old Robert Neill. The Mount Joy man died Saturday after police twice shocked him with a stun gun.

Mount Joy police said they were responding to a call by Neill who claimed he was be being harassed. They say Neill refused to listen to their commands and moved aggressively toward an officer before being hit with pepper spray and the stun gun.

Neill was declared dead on arrival at a nearby hospital.

State police are handling the investigation into Neill's death.
