Corvallis police say 21-year-old Nicholas Buekea snuck out of a friend's basement apartment and made his way to the third-floor apartment.
A local paper reports the couple found items out of place and Buekea, naked, inside their closet.
He struggled and ran.
Police say a group of people gave him a pair of shorts.
Police took him to a hospital for evaluation.
Prosecutors are reviewing possible charges.
