Prosecutors charge a New York mailman sold cocaine, while in uniform and driving his postal truck.
According to authorities, Felix Soto is awaiting arraignment on charges of criminal sale of a controlled substance and conspiracy.
Investigators say they saw Soto sitting in his postal truck on a Bronx street and handing a package of crack cocaine to another man.
Officials say there was a half-million dollars worth of the illegal drug in the package.
