Officers in Panama City Beach charge Randy "Slim" Bell would break into vacant beach-front condominiums and throw parties.
Authorities say he even posted pictures of the bashes on his Facebook page.
The Panama City News Herald reports the parties caused thousands of dollars in damages.
A tag number on a car was traced to Bell's girlfriend.
She's also been busted.
Bell now faces charges of burglary, grand theft and felony criminal mischief.
