I always recycle when I can, and that's how I came up with some ideas to actually reuse some of the things i'm recycling. Now that's green!

If you have a plastic bin that has lost its top, reuse it as a laundry basket, it's the perfect size and can be carried easily. If it's a clear, see through bin you can flip it over some pots if you're going to be out of town and it will have a greenhouse effect. Save the tabs to soda and beer can tops. These little tabs make a perfect picture hanger for the back of a frame, just screw it into place on the frame and find yourself a nail. Shake top plastic cheese containers give you and easy way to quickly and evenly spread grass see around the yard. Just make sure that you label the container so everyone knows what is in it! If you've ever tried to print something from the internet and then walked away only to come back to the printer on page seventeen of twenty, don't toss it -- reuse the flip side of these papers. Cut the paper in half and keep the pine near the phone, they make a perfect message pad -- or give them to the kids for coloring paper. Easy ways to recycle around your home. I'm Mrs. Fixit and it's just that simple!
