The incident happened at the store at Broad and Susquehanna streets shortly before 9:00 p.m.
Police say the woman, who appeared to be in a compromised mental state, entered the store naked and began knocking items off the shelves near the pharmacy section.
Police were called and the woman was taken into custody without incident.
Officers managed to drape the woman with a garment prior to removing her from the store.
There is no word on any charges the woman may face.
