Twenty-one-year-old Travis Douglas of Vineland, N.J.; 20-year-old Deandre Fowlkes of Paulsboro, N.J.; 21-year-old Justin Strickland of Owings Mills, Md.; and 19-year-old Bilal Bakr of Pennsauken, N.J.
Police say they were each charged with theft, burglary and conspiracy.
Students returning from Thanksgiving break on Sunday reported the burglaries.
Police say video surveillance and a review of ID card access logs led to the identification of the suspects.
