The incident happened on Monday at the Monroe Skate Park in Warminster Township.
Investigators say the victim, a 12-year-old boy, was leaving the park when a white SUV-type vehicle (possibly a BMW) approached.
The driver rolled down the window and asked the boy if he wanted a ride home. The boy refused and the SUV drove away.
The driver of the SUV is described as a white man with a grey goatee and short dark hair.
