Police say Davis has violated the sex offender registry requirements by failing to re-register as a sex offender.
Delaware State Police Sex Offenders Apprehension and Registry (SOAR) agents have obtained an arrest warrant for Davis and are currently attempting to locate him. If anyone has any information as to the location of James Davis, they are asked to contact their nearest police agency. Callers may remain anonymous.
