The change comes as part of the NFL's "flexible scheduling" guideline on Sundays in Weeks 11-17.
Along with the change to Eagles-Cowboys game, the following changes have been to other matchups that week:
St. Louis at Seattle will be played at 8:20 PM ET on NBC
Jacksonville at Houston will be played at 4:15 PM ET on CBS
Tennessee at Indianapolis will be played at 4:15 PM ET on CBS
Chicago at Green Bay will be played at 4:15 PM ET on FOX
Dallas at Philadelphia will be played at 4:15 PM ET on FOX
New York Giants at Washington will be played at 4:15 PM ET on FOX
