Fire breaks out in South Phila. building

Philadelphia fire crews are investigating a blaze in South Philadelphia.

Fire broke out around 4:30 p.m. on Washington Avenue and South Randolph Street.

Heavy fire was showing from both floors of a two story building.

No injuries were reported.

The fire was brought under control shortly before 5:00 p.m
