The robbery happened at 4:52 p.m. on Sunday, December 19th inside the Macy's store.
Police say one of the suspects was talking to a sales associate about a pair of earrings when he grabbed the jewelry and ran out of the store.
Two other suspects, a man and a woman, were also with him and, police say, all three got in a dark-colored Chevrolet Suburban in the parking lot.
The vehicle then fled westbound on Germantown Pike.
The earrings are valued at $11,700.
