Delaware State Police say 55-year-old Diane Schrock is accused of making personal purchases with the center's credit cards, and not depositing trip fees from members into the center's bank account.
Police say the thefts totaled about $21,000 and occurred between July 2006 and August.
Schrock was arrested Wednesday and has been charged with multiple cases of theft and unlawful use of a credit card.
