Arrest made in Lumberton condo arson

LUMBERTON, N.J. - January 7, 2011

Brian Bull, 24, of Lumberton, was arrested on Friday and charged with two counts of aggravated arson.

The condo fire happened at around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday in the unit block of Ginger Drive in the Country Estates Development. A family dog was killed and one home had to be demolished.

Police are investigating reports there was some kind of dispute between Bull and Daniel Overstreet, whose mother - Ingrid Guerra - lives in the house where Tuesday's blaze  started. Guerra arrived home to find she'd lost her home and a pet dog.

No human injuries were reported in the fire.

Investigators said Bull also set a fire that destroyed an SUV and damaged two nearby cars back on December 31st.

Bull was sent to jail for lack of $300,000 bail.
