The accident was first reported around 8:30 a.m. along Route 47 near Dudican Road.
The school bus, carrying twenty-two students from Dennis Township School District, was rear ended by another vehicle.
Six students and the bus driver were taken to Cape May Regional Hospital after complaining of back pains.
The driver from the other vehicle was not injured but was handed a Careless Driving summons.
No word on the ages of the students.
