Police tell Action News it began with a robbery in Trenton, New Jersey.
Officers there began following the suspects, then when they crossed the Delaware River, troopers with the Pennsylvania State Police joined in the chase.
They deployed spike strips which deflated one of the vehicle's tires.
The chase ended on the southbound lanes of I-95 near Tasker Street at approximately 2:30 a.m.
The two taken into custody are identified as 23-year-old Danuweli Keller of Hamilton, New Jersey and 22-year-old Abdutawab Kiazolu of Trenton, New Jersey said.
