He's taking a plea deal that means two weeks of jail time and two weeks of house arrest.
Prosecutors say Neil has agreed to plead guilty on January 26 to misdemeanor driving under the influence.
He was arrested near the Las Vegas Strip last June.
He's supposed to begin serving his sentence February 15.
