Troopers have obtained arrest warrants charging 47-year-old Robin Marine with assault and other offenses.
Authorities say on Tuesday about 5:50 p.m., Marine began striking his girlfriend in the back of the head with a hammer at her home. Troopers say the woman and her two children struggled with Marine and were able to flee and call police.
The woman was treated for head injuries at Nanticoke Hospital.
