A New York City councilman wants special parking rights for women who are having a difficult pregnancy.
Councilman David Greenfield says the women would get placards letting them park in no-parking zones.
To qualify, they would have get their doctors to sign off on the request.
Greenfield says his wife struggled through two tough pregnancies.
But critics of the preggers parking pass say New York's parking regs are already a mess, without adding more complications.
