Wesley T. Creek of the 400 Block of S. Barrington Court was arrested on Tuesday for his alleged involvement in the June 23rd, 2010 crash.
The accident happened at Papermill Road and Louviers Drive. Police say Creek ran a red light while behind the wheel of his Jeep and crashed into a Honda.
One of the occupants of the Honda, 53-year-old Marcella Scally of New Castle, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Creek has been arraigned and was released on $1,100 unsecured bail.
