The Philadelphia Eagles reported on their website Thursday that wide receiver DeSean Jackson tweaked his knee during practice.
Jackson was preparing in Honolulu for his second straight Pro Bowl. In the 2010 game, Jackson scored two touchdowns.
With Jackson out, the Eagles will represented by quarterback Michael Vick and kicker David Akers.
Miles Austin of the Dallas will replace Jackson on the roster.
