N.J. man convicted in father's death near Reading

READING, Pa. (AP) - January 28, 2011

Thirty-six-year-old Floyd Bogle of Patterson, N.J., was found guilty of first-degree murder in the April 2007 death of 62-year-old Kenrick Bogle.

Kenrick Bogle was killed in his car outside the Richmond Township battery factory where he worked.

Berks County prosecutors said Floyd Bogle was afraid his father was going to tell police he had used his father's identity to obtain credit cards and ran up thousands of dollars in debt.

Family members in court when the verdict was returned Thursday said they miss their father and are happy that justice was served.
