PHILADELPHIA - January 28, 2011

Brien Greene, 27, of the 39th district is charge with Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Terroristic Threats, Recklessly Endangering Another Person, Possession of Instrument of Crime and other related offenses.

Investigators say back on January 11, 2011, Greene allegedly entered a shop on North 52nd Street and threatened to shoot an employee after getting into an altercation at the shop.

Philadelphia Police Commissioner Charles H. Ramsey has suspended Greene for 30 days with the intent to dismiss.

In the other case, investigators say 24-year-old Nicholas Adelizzi is charged with Retail Theft for an incident that occurred on January 10, 2011.

Adelizzi is accused of stealing a bottle of CoQ10, worth $25, from a nutrition store on the 3300 block of Grant Ave.

Adelizzi was formally charged with Retail Theft and will be rejected for permanent employment during his probationary period.
