The January 10th fire at the Windermere Court complex forced more than 100 people from their homes.
Now, the Small Business Administration has opened an outreach center.
Representatives are hand to answer questions about the disaster loan program, explain the process, and help with applications.
The outreach center is operating out of the Salvation Army Corps Center, at 5501 Market Street, through Thursday.
