2 trolleys collide in Center City

Five people were hurt when two trolleys collided on Wednesday morning in Center City Philadelphia.

It happened around 11:00 a.m. at the Juniper Station at 13th and Market beneath City Hall.

Sources tell Action News that one trolley rear-ended another.

The accident involved the Route 10 and Route 34 trolleys.

The reported injuries were said to be minor in nature.

Trolley service was temporarily disrupted but soon restored.
