U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokeswoman Pat Reilly says 37-year-old Jason Haldeman of Landenberg, Pa., was arrested on Jan. 19.
The indictment says Haldeman was identified by the agency's Homeland Security Investigations agents in the state during an online investigation into child pornography images being traded on a computer network.
