Reports are that Lohan could face felony theft charges over a $2,500 necklace taken from a California jewelry store.
The actress says she didn't steal the necklace; she says it was on loan to her.
If she does appear in court, it'll be a sort of déjà vu for her. TMZ reports the District Attorney who prosecuted Lohan's DUI case has been assigned to the theft case.
Last Week, detectives got a search warrant to try to retrieve the necklace from Lohan's home, but it was turned in at a substation before the search happened.
