Pa. man accused of bringing gun to NJ nuke plant

LACEY TOWNSHIP, N.J. - February 9, 2011

Lacey Township police say Charles Vance of Lititz, Pa., was visiting the Oyster Creek nuclear plant on business.

Lt. James Veltri told the Asbury Park Press security personnel found a loaded .32-caliber pistol and hollow-point bullets while inspecting the vehicle.

Veltri said Vance's gun permit had expired.

Veltri was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of hollow-point bullets.
