Psychologists say most people can remember up to 90 percent of the details of their first romantic kiss - even more than for their first sexual encounter.
The experts say nerve endings in the lips activate feelings of closeness and attachment. And those stimulate chemicals in the brain, such as oxytocin, which encourage bonding.
A good first can help a relationship, while a bad one can kill it.
In a poll, two-thirds of the women say they've ended relationships because of a bad first kiss. And among men, 59 per cent of men said a bad first kiss was a killer.
