Play dough is a no-no

PAWTUCKET, R.I. (AP) - February 16, 2011

A British court has ruled in favor Hasbro, the makers of the iconic toy, Play-Doh.

That's spelled P-l-a-y - dash - D-o-h.

Hasbro sued a German company for trademark infringement.

The company makes a product called Yummy Dough and used the phrase "play dough" on its label, using the conventional spelling.

The German company posted a statement on its website saying it's disappointed by the ruling.

Company officials say they're considering their options, including an appeal.
