It happened at the TD Bank branch at 230 East Delaware Avenue around 8:47 a.m.
Investigators say the suspect went into the bank demanding money and implying he had a gun.
After receiving an undisclosed amount of money he fled in white Dodge Dakota pickup truck. It had a white rear license plate and an American flag sticker on the rear tailgate.
The suspect was described as a white male, 45-55 years old, approximately 6' tall and unshaven, wearing a black hooded jacket, dark gloves, tan fisherman's hat, grey sweat pants, white shoes, and eye glasses. He was carrying a red or pink bag.
